Yoga and Nature sessions for Children and Young-people.

The children can be accompanied by their Parents for a session or take part 1-1 or with other children.

Fun, creative and playful sessions to explore our emotions and connect to nature around us and reconnect within themselves.

I am able to accept two year funding for regular sessions, as am Ofsted regulated through my childminding setting.

We can use yoga techniques of movement, breathwork, mindfulness and meditation to give ourselves the tools to emotionally self regulate, and feel safe within our mind and body.
Yoga is a non-competitive space, where the child is not assessed or judged, allowing them to be in a safe space to find the power to make small changes.
We can model self-care and peer support, encouraging tuning into what is needed for each individual child and young person.
